Yesterday I had the opportunity to present to the Junior Seminar class at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. I shared my experiences of navigating through the art world for the past 13 years. Topics that I talked about were exhibition spaces, social media networking, e-newsletters, traveling/studio visits, professional practices for artists: business of art, and being part of an art community. This was my second time presenting at MIAD.
